What’s your stand on a credit grabber?

It’s been few months that I’ve been tortured by a credit grabber. I am not sure if this person actually realizes what it’s been doing. I’m not even sure if it considers its doings as credit grabbing.

Honestly, I was not too sure myself, but did it stop? Nope… this makes it a proof that it was not done unconsciously, rather with a purpose. However, I am still not 100% sure since I see that being insensitive is one of its main ingredients. So let’s not judge the person and give it the benefit of the doubt.

Now let’s make a list of what has been done so far:

  • Pretending to be smart… but why missing the point all the time?
  • Pretending to work so hard and being there all the time… but has anything been done on time?
  • Creating the image of being organized and meticulous…. but what’s with all of these flaws?
  • Suggesting all these great ideas… but where did you get those from?
  • Bragging to be the best… but why giving up midway?
  • Grabbing your job right out of your hands… but who’s doing yours?

And so much more, I just can’t recall now.

Well, I am not saying that this is how it is all the time, but I have noticed on few occasions.

If you were in my shoe, how would you deal with this?

PS. if you think it is you I’m talking about, then let me tell you that it is not you! This person is too insensitive ;)

Anger and Envy: Don’t let it destroy you. People with serious anger problems should seek counseling before their destructive ways destroy others.

as you have stressed, this person is “INSENSITIVE”… s/he’ll never know until you tell it to her/his face.

Let the people concerned know it… your silence might cause them to put so much faith on this persons bogus skills. :)
